4. Payment Terms

ZapCVs operates on a "build free, pay to download" model:

• Building and previewing CVs is free
• A one-time payment is required to download the final PDF
• Pricing varies by country (e.g., $9 USD, $9 AUD, $9 NZD)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All sales are final - no refunds once the PDF is downloaded

5. Intellectual Property

The content you create using ZapCVs belongs to you. However:

• ZapCVs retains all rights to the platform, templates, and AI technology
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide the Service
• You may not resell or redistribute ZapCVs templates

6. AI-Generated Content

ZapCVs uses artificial intelligence to generate CV content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is based on your input and should be reviewed
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your final CV
• ZapCVs does not guarantee job placement or interview success
• You should verify all AI-generated content before use

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service

• Circumvent payment systems

8. Limitation of Liability

• Job application outcomes
• Errors in AI-generated content
• Data loss due to browser issues
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party services (Stripe, OpenAI, etc.)
